Welcome in Brittany.
In Breton language, the plo, plou, ker,ty... will make your head spin.
Ker in Breton means little hamlet.
Ker Ansquer the hamlet of the Ansquer family
In 1964, Aline Ansquer started a new style of tourism in Brittany,
by opening one of the very first guest houses. In 1974, after a trip
to Ireland, she had “Ker Ansquer” built to welcome guests
in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Today Mr and Mrs Ansquer Duduyer
will welcome you, with the same desire to make you feel at home.

The hotel
A beautiful building built in granite, Ker Ansquer is set in a priviledged
area to visit the west of the Breton Cornwall. Within a few miles,
you will discover the lively fishing harbours, the wild and unspoilt
coast, the rich architectural heritage. Back to the hotel you will
enjoy a good meal served in Quimper earthenware. The food, carefully
prepared in the Breton tradition with fresh and local products, is
served either near the fireplace or on the terrace.
